Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ seeks a guest-focused Massage Therapist for the Lakeside Spa on a part-time, on-call PM shift. You will perform Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal massages, conduct pre-treatment consultations, and tailor services to guest needs while maintaining a serene spa environment.

Requirements include a current state license or certification in massage therapy, strong guest-service skills, and familiarity with spa booking systems.

Qualifications

• Current state license or certification in massage therapy required.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and contraindications.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage techniques according to guest preferences and spa menu offerings.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs and contraindications.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness products to enhance guest experience.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the spa experience with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming environment; ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety protocols; maintain proper sterilization of tools and linens.
• Report hazards or equipment issues promptly.
