Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix seeks a Massage Therapist to provide massage and body treatments in a serene, professional setting at the Tierra Luna Spa. The property offers 12 treatment rooms, indoor/outdoor spaces, and a premium guest experience.

You will maintain supplies, support the spa team, answer guest questions, and stay on time for appointments. Arizona license required; prior resort spa experience is a plus. This on-call role favors Friday–Monday availability.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of massage therapy.
• Current Arizona Massage Therapist License - in good standing with the Arizona Massage Board.

Responsibilities

• Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.
• Maintain an ample inventory of products and clean, orderly work area.
• Assist in the spa when not scheduled to perform services and keep knowledge of services up to date.
• Answer questions related to services and products; perform related duties as assigned by manager.
• Be punctual for work and appointments; this is an on-call position with Friday–Monday availability preferred.
