Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. in Blaine, MN seeks a Production Technician for the degrease process to process customer parts per requirements while maintaining quality inspections and meeting production rates.

You will monitor each step of the passivation process for quality, start up degrease jobs, and communicate with teammates to ensure safe, efficient operations. This role requires the 3:00pm–1:00am Mon–Thu shift and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US citizenship or green card required.
• Ability to read and understand processes.
• Willingness to work 3:00pm–1:00am shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor degrease passivation steps for quality.
• Start-up and run degrease jobs.
• Communicate with department technicians.
• Notify manager of maintenance needs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Attend required LMS trainings.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Work 3:00pm-1:00am Mon–Thu.
