Job summary

Quad, a global marketing experience company, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Spartanburg, SC packaging plant on the second shift (2 pm–10 pm, Monday–Friday). You will oversee the manufacturing floor, ensure schedules and quality standards, and lead a team to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to sustain a smooth production process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing floor activities to meet production schedules.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of workers for productivity.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment for optimal output.
• Maintain records and report manufacturing metrics, quality and safety.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
