• Support department teams with stocking, merchandising, recovery, customer service, and operational needs when necessary.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure breaks and meal periods are appropriately managed.
• Support Front End operations, including customer service, cash-handling concerns, overrides, and closing procedures.
• Complete store closing procedures and ensure the building is secured.
• Respond to emergencies, safety concerns, equipment issues, shoplifting, or other incidents.
• Communicate significant operational, employee, or customer issues to store leadership.
• Help maintain compliance with food safety, workplace safety, security, and company policies.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of employees.

Position Summary

The Evening Manager is responsible for leading store operations during the afternoon and evening hours and serves as the primary Manager on Duty. Schedule Requirements

• Regular schedule is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly bend, reach, push, pull, and perform typical retail activities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Ability to work throughout grocery, refrigerated, frozen, and other store environments.
