Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT Mammography and Radiography certifications required.
• BLS Basic Life Support certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Mammography.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete clinical history and assess contraindications.
• Ensure proper patient identification and marker usage.
• Review radiographs for clinically acceptable results.
• Position patient and set up equipment for imaging.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Maintain patient privacy and comfort.
• Complies with hospital policies and standards.
