A leading retail company seeks a Maintenance Associate for its Marshalls Distribution Center in Phoenix. The role involves advanced troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems. Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Preventative maintenance experience in material handling systems.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of building and MHE equipment.
• Monitor control systems to ensure maximum uptime.
• Coach other maintenance associates on safety procedures.
