Job summary

Koozie Group seeks a Maintenance Technician to translate the company vision into actionable activities within the Maintenance area. Under limited supervision, you will perform scheduled and non-scheduled repair of equipment, systems, and the facility.

You will troubleshoot and repair problems, conduct preventive maintenance, and assist in new equipment setup. The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience and at least one year in bindery or print equipment.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
One year bindery or print equipment experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair physical plant and equipment problems.
Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and the physical plant.
Design and build new equipment or modify existing equipment, including providing quotes, drawing plans, schematics, and other documentation.
Supply necessary data for department information system, including labor, inventory usage, and repair procedures.
Operate power equipment as needed to perform maintenance duties.
Perform or assist in machine set-up.
Store and maintain department tools, supplies, equipment, parts inventory, and manuals in a clean, safe, well-organized manner.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and the development of appropriate set-up and repair procedures.
Provide technical information for the purchase of materials/parts for facility and equipment maintenance.
Performs mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
