KVC Health Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician for evenings/2nd shift in St. Louis, MO. The role performs skilled and manual tasks to maintain buildings, property, and equipment, coordinating with multiple departments to fulfill maintenance requests and repairs.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, communicating clearly, and safely using a range of tools. A high school diploma is required; a valid Class F driver's license is preferred, and prior maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and MS Office Suite skills.
• Strong customer service focus, bias toward action, time management and documentation.
• Must prioritize multiple tasks and complete jobs timely.
• Possess or obtain Class F Driver's license within 2 weeks of hire.
• Ability to use varied tools ( painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, mason's tools).

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled/manual tasks to maintain, repair, and care for buildings, property, and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and inspectors as needed.
• Work with multiple departments to fulfill maintenance requests efficiently.
