The role involves a range of skilled and manual tasks to maintain buildings, property and equipment, coordinating with multiple departments to fulfill maintenance requests and repairs. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and MS Office Suite skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete jobs timely.
• Driver's license within 2 weeks of hire and meet driver requirements.
• Ability to use power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and manual maintenance tasks to care for buildings, property and equipment.
• Coordinate with departments to complete maintenance requests and repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and inspectors as assigned.
• Maintain documentation of work performed and ensure timely updates.
