Job summary

Guy Harvey Resort St Augustine Beach is seeking an experienced Evening Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Team. This role ensures resort facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and common areas remain in excellent condition during evening hours.

Strong troubleshooting, guest service, and independent work are essential. The position requires evening availability, weekend and holiday flexibility, and a focus on safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel Maintenance Technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.

Position Summary

Guy Harvey Resort is seeking an experienced and dependable Evening Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. This position is responsible for ensuring the resort's facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and common areas are maintained in excellent condition during evening hours. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to guest service, and the ability to work independently.
