Job summary

The Beach Club in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join the team at Cunningham Property Management Brand. This full-time, year-round role requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts from 7:30AM to 3:30PM, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and potential on-call duty.

Responsibilities include guest repair response, preventive maintenance, and inventory management. Strong knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems is expected,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with technical training preferred.
• Technical trade/vocational schooling adds value for maintenance work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities technician team across maintenance tasks.
• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Inspect and operate building shut-offs and electrical components.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Communicate daily activities and issues across shifts.
