Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Branson, MO is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to oversee the Chateau on the Lake maintenance program and capital projects, ensuring safety, service and standards.

You will lead, train, and mentor the engineering team, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, strategically plan budgets, manage inventory and scheduling, and partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance, elevating guest experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in engineering leadership at a hospitality or similar facility.
  • Proven ability to coach a team and manage budgets with accountability.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Experience with safety codes and compliance in large facilities.
  • Tech-savvy with CMMS and Workday systems.

Full time Compensation Range : $90,000- $110,000 Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.
