Job summary

The Westin Westminster is seeking a skilled PM Maintenance Supervisor to oversee evening engineering operations and ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of all hotel systems and facilities. You will supervise the evening maintenance team, respond to service calls, and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the property.

• Experience supervising hotel maintenance or facilities teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and complete work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening maintenance and engineering team members.
• Assign and follow up on daily maintenance tasks and guest room calls.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, kitchen, pool, and mechanical areas for issues.
• Respond to guest room and public area repair requests promptly.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting and other systems.
