Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services in Hillsboro, TX, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead with real-world, boots-on-the-floor experience. You’ll lead maintenance operations, mentor technicians, and ensure continuous production by planning preventive and corrective maintenance.

Expect deep knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, the ability to read schematics, and a proven track record of solving complex problems under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
• Technical degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read schematics, diagnose issues quickly, and lead others through solutions.
