Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager who will lead field operations, ensuring timely and high-quality installation of flooring, countertops, and cabinetry for builder customers.

You will be the face of the company on-site, building trust, guiding installation teams, and ensuring projects wrap up strong with quality workmanship. You’ll partner with builders and installers to deliver timely results, monitor progress, and uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitate, walk through, troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate installation updates.
• Verify job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimize discounts and resolve customer back charges.
