Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure quality from the start. You’ll inspect materials, test items, and oversee processes to uphold top-tier standards in every build.

Collaborate with production teams, document findings, support audits, and drive continuous improvement with a methodical, detail-oriented approach that keeps quality front and center. You’ll also lead proactive quality actions and coach others toward defect prevention.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or quality technician role within manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of quality systems, inspection methods and process controls.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing or similar quality certifications is a plus.

Your Mission: In this role, you’ll be the critical link between production and perfection. You'll ensure every part, every piece, and every detail meets Wisenbaker’s high standards before it reaches the customer. Your mission will be to inspect, test, and oversee the quality of materials and products in our manufacturing process—always striving for the highest level of accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or quality technician role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• A solid understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, and process controls.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing principles, or similar quality certifications is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, solution-driven approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and management.
