Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a hardworking production worker for the 2nd shift (4:15pm - 1:45am) in a food manufacturing environment. Starting hourly pay is $17.25 with a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity.
• Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throw out or fix as necessary; record waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with GMPs, safety regulations and company policies.
