Spectrum Management, LLC seeks a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to preserve operation, function, and condition of commercial building machinery at a Washington, DC site. The role requires installing, maintaining, and repairing systems such as water heaters, pumps, generators, HVAC, and ventilation, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial facilities maintenance, ability to read plans, and CMMS/BAS experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in commercial facility operations and maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems.
• Reading plans/blueprints and troubleshooting system problems.
• Familiarity with CMMS/BAS; CFC and OSHA 10 certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial building systems (water heaters, pumps, generators, HVAC, vents).
• Perform general maintenance and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.
• Diagnose issues using measurements and observations; inspect facilities and ensure reliable operation.
• Respond promptly to service calls; provide courteous service to occupants.
• Submit supply/material requests and perform additional duties as assigned.
