Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident work orders, ensuring quality of service.
• Prepare apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Perform maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safe working environment.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and participate in trainings.
• May provide transportation services for residents.
