Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin is seeking an Operator I to support production by operating various equipment and sustaining quality per work instructions. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, process adherence, and culture standards.

The position offers on-site training on the 1st shift and opportunities to develop basic mechanical and computer skills while meeting production targets and maintaining strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great attention to detail.
• 0-1 year of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and 6S standards.
• Operate equipment independently or in a team.
• Reference work instructions and log production numbers.
• Perform repetitive tasks to meet process metrics.
• Coordinate with machine set-up technician to resolve issues.
• Clean equipment and conduct autonomous maintenance.
• Paletize/place parts per work instruction and quantities.
