Job summary

You’ll read drawings, perform basic troubleshooting, manage setups, PMs, and document rework or scrap. The role emphasizes safety, 5S, and continuous improvement within a Brookfield, Wisconsin-based team.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and documents.
• Basic math skills required for measurements and gauging.
• Basic machine troubleshooting skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machine tools and workstations.
• Load/unload/inspect components according to OMS.
• Make adjustments for changes overs and minor timeouts.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and document outcomes.
• Complete rework and scrap documentation as required.
• Package service parts and support continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to safety requirements and practice 5S in the work area.
