Lee Kum Kee USA in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 4:30pm to 1:00am shift. The role supports the processing and packaging teams, operating all related equipment according to product standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities include setting up, sanitizing, operating, cleaning, and maintaining the machine; recording filling times and material usage; inspecting and packing products; and assisting with the production schedule while maintaining a clean, safe work

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating machine equipment.
• Ability to read and write in English; comprehend simple instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, sanitize, operate, clean, and maintain the assigned machine.
• Record filling time and material usage in reports.
• Inspect and pack finished products.
• Prepare and transfer work in progress materials.
• Support production schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and assist engineering with minor issues.
