Lee Kum Kee in City of Industry, CA is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 4:30pm–1:00am shift. You will operate and maintain processing equipment on the packaging line.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, basic English literacy, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to learn. You’ll work on the packaging line, meet production goals, and assist with minor equipment repairs alongside maintenance and engineering teams.

Formación

• Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment.
• Read simple instructions and machine display information in English.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, sanitize, operate, clean up and maintain assigned machine.
• Record filling time, material usage and finished goods in filling report.
• Inspect and packing products.
• Prepare and transfer work in process materials.
• Cooperate with the team to fulfill production schedule efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Be able to learn the equipment assigned and to provide info to engineering with any mechanical related issues.
• Capable to troubleshoot minor issues related to the machine.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors.

Conocimientos
