Job summary

The Bartlett Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living in El Paso, TX seeks an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing care for assigned patients under established medical plans. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and coordinate with MD/NP to monitor patient conditions and responses.

You will also assist with rehabilitation, educate patients and families on pain management, and participate in discharge planning, ensuring respectful, holistic care within hospital policies.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN licensure required and in good standing.
• Ability to provide nursing care within licensure scope per policies.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 2PM–10PM.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments within scope and policy.
• Provides nursing care to assigned patients per plan of care.
• Communicates patient status and changes to MD/NP.
• Assists with rehabilitation and treatment plans as directed.
• Supports discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Addresses psychosocial needs and ensures respectful care.
