Job summary

Delaney at Parkway Lakes is seeking a hospitality focused LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise quality-of-life staff. The full-time evening shift runs 3:00 pm–11:00 pm with weekends required. Eligible for benefits including 401(k), health and vision insurance, and PTO.

Responsibilities include ADL support, monitoring resident changes, care plan updates, and reporting to the Health Services Director. A current state nursing license is required.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and promote independence.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop/monitor care plans and re-assess each resident.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services about conditions, staffing, and supplies.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.
