Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time, 2pm–10pm shift in Frisco, TX. You will deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision, implement resident care plans, and support overall well-being in a senior living environment.

The role requires a Texas LVN/LPN license with at least 1 year in healthcare, preferably geriatric care and first aid. The team collaborates closely with nursing staff to ensure safe, compassionate care and continuous

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited LVN or LPN program.
• Licensure: Current LVN license in Texas.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year nursing in healthcare; geriatric care and first aid preferred.
• Continuing Education: Maintain required CE credits per state rules.
• Specialized Training: Alzheimer’s/dementia care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor health conditions and update resident records.
• Administer medications per physician orders and report issues.
• Communicate changes with care teams and supervisors.
• Implement individualized care plans as directed by Health Services Director.
• Follow universal precautions and infection control protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate first aid.
• Educate residents on self-care and health practices.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per care plans.
• Perform additional tasks as required by policies.
