Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift in Assisted Living. This position emphasizes resident-centered care and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, supervising nursing assistants, and thorough documentation while maintaining safety and compassionate communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and Assisted Living regulations.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

• Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
