Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Pennsylvania (PA State Board).
• Ability to rotate shifts and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational, initiative, and leadership skills.
• Experience training or supervising care staff (Resident Assistants/Med Techs).

Responsibilities

• Perform direct and indirect care per daily living activities.
• Administer medications and ensure MAR accuracy.
• Supervise and train Resident Assistants and Med Techs.
• Maintain documentation and comply with DoH regulations.
