Garden Spot Village in New Holland, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Personal Care on a part-time basis to care for Mountain View residents and supervise/train Resident Assistants and Med Techs. The role requires strong patient care, supervision, documentation and adherence to policies and regulations, with ongoing opportunities to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania per State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to rotate shifts and work weekends as scheduled.
• Licensure and ability to provide proper care and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Complies with policies and procedures and maintains standards including Code of Conduct.
• Performs daily rounds to ensure proper care and policy adherence.
• Assists with admissions, transfers, discharges and deaths.
• Answers calls promptly and courteously.
• Attends department meetings and trainings.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and respects rights.
• Ensures medication administration as prescribed and documents accordingly.
• Oversees documentation and orders, including MARs and ADL flow sheets.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper charging for supplies.
