Responsabilités

• Administer and document direct resident care, medications, and treatments per orders.
• Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise CNAs and coach staff according to schedules.
• Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective actions promptly.
• Participate in development of interdisciplinary care plans.
