Job summary

Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at Branford Hills is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for 16–40 hours per week on the 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shift. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with responsibilities coordinating with the nursing leadership and CNAs to ensure compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN license in CT required.
• Strong patient-care & communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration.
• Resident assessments.
• Resident admissions coordination including verification of doctor's orders.
• Electronic Medical Records maintenance.
• Administration of treatments and documentation.
• Patient education upon discharge.
