Qualifications

Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience.
Demonstrated leadership to supervise and motivate a team.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to nursing and caregiving staff during the shift.
Serve as a clinical resource for physicians, residents, and families.
Conduct resident rounds and address care needs proactively.
Respond to emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift assignments.
Support coaching, performance management, and team development.
Oversee medication administration, documentation, and pharmacy processes.
Conduct clinical audits and ensure policy compliance.
Participate in QAPI initiatives.
Identify training opportunities and foster continuous learning.
