Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift. Join a compassionate team providing resident-centered care in a senior living setting.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain accurate nursing documentation, while collaborating with physicians and families to ensure individualized care plans. Prioritise safety and a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required in Ohio.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to our residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• Assist with coordinating and maintaining individualized care plans
• Support and supervise care staff as needed
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents
