Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and communications.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident needs.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
