Good Samaritan Maplewood is seeking an LPN to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. You will perform nursing duties according to care plans, document care and outcomes, and work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• If IV therapy is required, North Dakota requirements may apply.
• Experience across the life span and supervised clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document resident interactions, care, medications, and outcomes.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident health needs.
