Job summary

Good Samaritan in Windom, MN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver professional nursing care in our long-term care setting under supervision. The LPN will support care plans, administer medications or treatments as ordered, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient health and safety.

Evening shift, 2:15 pm–10:45 pm, part-time (24 hours weekly) with generous night and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Must hold an active LPN license with continued CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure resident health and safety.
