Job summary

The McKendree Post Acute & Rehabilitation, located in Hermitage, TN, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate, resident-centered team. Full-time night shift 7 PM–7 AM offers competitive pay with shift differentials and daily pay options.

As an RN, you will provide care per physician orders and policies, document accurately, educate families, administer medications, and collaborate with therapists to support rehabilitation and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent documentation and assessment skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Plan and monitor resident care for individual needs.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
• Conduct family and resident education.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Document progress notes accurately and timely.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate rehabilitation activities with therapists.
