Job summary

Asbury Normandie Ridge in York, PA is seeking a Full-Time Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care plan team. Qualifications

• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active PA LPN license.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to care for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Document interdisciplinary progress notes reflecting resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; maintain narcotic records.
• Report discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow disposal procedures.
• Collaborate with care plan team to address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs.
