Job summary

Concord Health Systems is seeking dependable RN and LPN staff for multiple full-time night shifts at our Western Kentucky nursing home group. We focus on compassionate, resident-centered care while coordinating treatments and maintaining a calm clinical environment.

Qualified candidates hold an active Kentucky RN or LPN license. Long-term care experience is preferred, with strong assessment skills and reliability for night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Kentucky.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Assess resident health status and respond to changes.
• Provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Document care in EMAR/EHR.
• Communicate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise nursing assistants as needed during the shift.
• Foster a respectful, resident-centered environment.
