Job summary

St. Joseph Residence is seeking a part-time LPN for the evening shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) at our 50-bed skilled nursing facility in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include medication pass, treatments, and care coordination with the team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Applicants must hold a Wisconsin LPN license and CPR certification, with the ability to work alternating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Willingness to work part-time evenings and every other weekend/holiday.
• Pharmacology knowledge or nurse tech pathway may apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident medical needs and changes in condition.
• Medication administration and treatments.
• Coordinate care with CNAs, physicians, and family.
• Timely and accurate charting in the medical record.
• Supervise nursing assistants on the unit.
