Job summary

St. Joseph Residential Care Home is seeking a compassionate LPN for part-time day/evening shifts, including every other weekend. You will administer medications, assist with daily care, and support resident independence in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• Experience in senior living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting preferred.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Administer medications accurately and safely, following regulatory guidelines.
• Provide care per individualized care plans and document outcomes.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report promptly to nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Engage residents to promote independence, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time in charts, logs, and records.

St. Joseph Residential Care Home is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LPN dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll use strong communication and organizational skills to administer medications, assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and independence. LPN Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Administer medications accurately and safely, following all regulatory guidelines and community policies.
• Provide care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan, documenting care and outcomes.
