Job summary

Qualifications

• Colorado LPN license in good standing.
• 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervising staff experience preferred.
• IV certification preferred.
• Computer word processing and database experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting changes to the care team.
• Support residents with daily care needs in a respectful, person-centered way.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, aides, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the shift.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
