Qualifications

• Possession of a valid LPN license in NJ.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license is required. Must possess own vehicle or alternative means of transportation.
• At least six (6) months of experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Perform treatments and procedures within established guidelines.
• Document all aspects of patient care.
• Assists with discharge planning and health maintenance education for patients and families.
