Bethany Village in Centerville, OH seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide personalized nursing care to residents. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, perform rounds, and document according to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

This PRN evening position offers a pay rate of $31.00–$34.00 per hour based on schedule. An LPN license is required; long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Due to our federal funding, we are a drug free workplace (including marijuana). A pre-employment drug screen is required for all positions.
• Long term care experience preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for a caseload of residents from admission to dismissal on assigned nursing unit. Coordinates and supervises the nursing care delivered by the nursing assistants working under Team Leader’s supervision.
• Makes rounds on each resident.
• Administers and charts medications and treatments and adheres to all Pharmacy procedures.
• Initiates and completes all necessary documentation and reporting.
• Communicates all order and status changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Responsible for completing nursing notes according to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and Bethany Village charting guidelines.
