Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in Minnesota as a Practical Nurse with no restrictions and in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification per hire date.
• Computer skills for electronic charting, specifically PointClickCare.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain clear notes/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a practitioner.
• Work under RN direction and within LPN scope of practice.
• Document accurately in the resident chart and maintain records.
