Job summary

Galloway Ridge in Pittsboro, NC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Staff/Charge nurse on the night shift (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 7:00 pm–7:00 am).

You will deliver hands-on geriatric care across multiple settings, administer medications, mentor teammates, monitor residents, and respond to emergencies, while enjoying a strong benefits package and a community focused on care, empowerment and integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license.
• Basic Life Support and AED certifications.
• Experience in long-term, geriatric, or assisted living care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents across multiple settings.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and obtain specimens as needed.
• Provide oversight for areas assigned along with administrative tasks.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, identify and report changes.
• Respond to medical and emergency situations, triage and prioritize care needs.
