Job summary
Laurel Ridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation, part of National Health Care Associates, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time evenings (3pm-11pm) and part-time shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, manage medications, and collaborate with the care team to execute care plans for residents in Ridgefield, CT.

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Supervising and supporting CNAs in delivering care.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
