Job summary

Village Crest Center for Health & Rehabilitation in New Milford, CT, seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 3p-11p shift. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support care plans for residents in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

Valid state license (LPN)
Compassionate and empathetic patient care
Interest in nursing for the aged and chronically ill
Strong clinical skills including medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
