Job summary

The Clare in Chicago is seeking a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee care by CNAs and Quality-of-Life Specialists.

The role requires an active Illinois LPN license, willingness to respond to emergencies, and a passion for senior living. Night shifts run 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, full-time, three days per week with a rotating weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Experience in senior care or hospitality-focused nursing preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary team and supervise assistants.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders.
• Delegate and supervise care by Quality-of-Life Specialists/ CNAs.
• Document resident conditions and communicate with Health Services Director.
• Assist with ADLs and promote resident independence.
